Sometimes, you shouldn’t be data-driven
Being data-driven is hard, and we’ve evolved to have this thing called gut-feeling. Some decisions can be made without data, and probably should. Sometimes it isn’t worth the effort to go the distance
But only sometimes. Because we’re humans. And humans have biases that are not suited for today's world, thinking way too often we should make a gut-based decision when an informed one would be better.
