ChatGPT is the ultimate brainstorming machine

I don’t know about you, but I use ChatGPT every day at work. It is able to supercharge a couple of my workflows, and I love it for it.

I think ChatGPT is kind of like a raw diamant. It’s like having a hammer before learning about nails; you can try a lot of things with it, but only a few work really well. Here are a couple of current tasks I used it for.

1. Give me a bunch of potential meme ideas based on the text I’m about to paste. Make sure they are short and universal, and use lots of different meme templates, not just the usual ones.

2. Analyze the key points I’m making in this text. Then, give me 3 examples of historical stories that underpin the key points and can be woven into the text, such that I can start off with parts of the story as an introduction and then continue to underpin more key points.

3. Describe five potential images I could draw based on the key points of this article. But make sure the images aren’t just replaying the key point but rather are tangential or supplemental to them.

4. Take a look at this text, summarize the key arguments, and then tell me where I might be wrong.
